THUNDER (NCT04820868) is an observational study sponsored by Shanghai Zhongshan Hospital with Guangzhou Burning Rock Dx Co., Ltd. It validated the cell-free DNA methylation model for early cancer detection, with blood RNA markers also evaluated.
