Singlera Genomics, established in 2014 according to its website, with a La Jolla address and a Shanghai subsidiary, published PanSeer, a five-cancer methylation blood test evaluated on stored samples from the Taizhou Longitudinal Study (Nature Communications 2020). Its website now lists single-cancer colorectal and liver tests; its FuSion cohort with Fudan University and the INSPIRE case-control study develop multi-cancer successors.
Singlera's methylation blood test, tested on stored samples from a Chinese cohort, that reported finding cancers up to four years before they were diagnosed; it has not been confirmed in a prospective study.
