Solve Therapeutics makes antibody-drug conjugates: antibodies that carry a strong cancer drug straight to tumour cells. Its two lead medicines are in early trials in people with advanced solid tumours.
Solve Therapeutics, based in San Diego, California, develops antibody-drug conjugates built on CloakLink, which the company describes as a proprietary hydrophilic linker system engineered to mask the hydrophobic properties of ADC payloads. Its two lead programmes, SLV-154 and SLV-324, target membrane receptor proteins on solid tumours that the company has not named publicly, and both are in phase 1 dose-escalation studies (NCT06771219 and NCT07108114). A third registered study, NCT07728942, uses SLR-108, an antibody-radionuclide conjugate, with the unlabelled antibody SLX-1411 for PET imaging in metastatic solid tumours. In November 2025 the company announced an oversubscribed USD 120 million financing led by Yosemite, with Abingworth, Ally Bridge Group, B Capital, Balyasny Asset Management, Merck & Co. and SymBiosis joining existing investors including Alexandria Venture Investments, General Atlantic and Surveyor Capital. Its first registered cancer trial, NCT06771219, was posted on ClinicalTrials.gov in January 2025.
