Vitruviae develops immune therapies that recognise sugars and fats found on the surface of cancer cells. Its first medicine, VTRU200, is planned for an early trial in acute myeloid leukaemia and other blood cancers and solid tumours.
Vitruviae is based in Nutley, New Jersey, and develops precision immunotherapies aimed at tumour-associated glycans and lipids. VTRU200 is a humanised trispecific T cell engager that binds CD3 on T cells and tumour-associated glycans and lipids; the company is prioritising it for acute myeloid leukaemia. The phase 1/2a trial NCT07749976 in adults and children with relapsed or refractory acute myeloid leukaemia, high-risk myelodysplastic syndrome, diffuse large B-cell lymphoma after CAR-T failure and advanced solid tumours is registered as not yet recruiting. Other programmes listed are VTRU300 (a trispecific NK cell engager), VCAR300 (a CAR-T cell) and VRAD600 (a radiotheranostic). Its first registered cancer trial, NCT07749976, was posted on ClinicalTrials.gov in August 2026.
