GenFleet discovered fulzerasib, the first KRAS G12C inhibitor approved in China, and licensed it to Innovent for the Chinese market.
GenFleet Therapeutics, based in Shanghai and founded in 2017, discovered fulzerasib, the first KRAS G12C inhibitor approved in China, and licensed it to Innovent for the Chinese market. Fulzerasib, also GFH925 and sold as Dupert, was approved in August 2024, and combination trials with cetuximab are running. Its oral KRAS G12D inhibitor GFH375 is partnered with Verastem as VS-7375, and a pan-RAS inhibitor, GFH276, reached first clinical results in 2026. OnCo links it to fulzerasib, GFH375, Innovent Biologics and Verastem Oncology. Whether a Chinese-discovered KRAS inhibitor can compete in the West through a partner is the open question. Fulzerasib has its own page. GenFleet listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange in September 2025, raising gross proceeds of US$233 million.
