Full-Life Technologies makes medicines that carry a strongly radioactive particle, actinium-225, onto cancer cells so the radiation acts at short range. Its lead medicine is being tested in advanced prostate cancer and a second in lung and other solid tumours.
Full-Life Technologies Limited describes itself as a privately held, fully integrated, clinical-stage actinium-based radiopharmaceutical company with operations in Belgium, Germany and China; its website description gives Shanghai as headquarters, and the trial sponsor is its UK subsidiary, Full-Life Technologies UK Limited. It attaches radionuclides to peptides, small molecules and single-domain antibodies. [225Ac]Ac-FL-020, a PSMA-targeted alpha radioconjugate, is in a global phase 1 trial in metastatic castration-resistant prostate cancer (NCT06492122), using an indium-111 labelled version for dosimetry; the company reported preliminary safety and PSA decline data at ESMO in October 2026. [225Ac]Ac-FL-261 targets c-MET and received US FDA IND clearance and Australian clearance in September 2026 for a phase 1/2 trial (NCT07873450) in c-MET overexpressing solid tumours, with an initial focus on non-squamous non-small cell lung cancer. A third, NTSR1-targeted small-molecule radioconjugate is in phase 1 under a collaboration with a partner, and earlier programmes target NPY1R and B7-H3. In August 2026 it completed construction of an actinium-225 manufacturing and radiolabelling facility in Gembloux, Belgium. Its first registered cancer trial, NCT06492122, was posted on ClinicalTrials.gov in July 2024.
