Bios Life runs a virtual clinic for people who have finished cancer treatment or who carry a high inherited risk: a care team watches their risk over time and uses AI models to decide which scan or test should come next and when.
Bios Life describes itself as an AI-native cancer surveillance company. It combines multi-modality foundation models with direct patient care, delivered virtually by licensed care teams across the United States, to personalise screening for people at high risk and follow-up for cancer survivors. It emerged from stealth in August 2026 with USD 25 million in seed financing led by Redmile, Vsquared Ventures and Kindred Capital, and announced a multi-year alliance with Tempus giving it access to de-identified multimodal oncology datasets to train and validate its models, together with genetic screening through Ambry Genetics, a Tempus company. Its co-founders are chief executive Ryan Richardson and Zach Taylor, both formerly of BioNTech, and chief medical officer Logan Frank, a radiologist. The company said its platform would launch in the US in the second half of 2026.
