Biolojic Design uses computer models to design antibodies. Its first cancer medicine of its own is an antibody that can grip either of two proteins common on cancer cells and carries a drug inside them.
Biolojic Design Ltd., of Rehovot, Israel, with a US entity in Washington, DC, uses machine learning to design epitope-specific antibodies and 'multibodies', symmetrical IgG antibodies in which each Fab binds two targets. It designed AU-007, a computationally designed antibody to IL-2 now developed by Aulos Bioscience, and has partnerships with Teva (the multibody TEV-325, formerly BD9, for inflammatory disease), Nektar Therapeutics and Merck KGaA, Darmstadt. Its own oncology lead, BD200, is a multibody drug conjugate binding both TROP-2 and Nectin-4, with preclinical data presented at AACR 2026; a phase 1a/b first-in-human dose escalation and expansion trial (NCT07797907) in selected advanced or metastatic cancers was registered with a planned start at the end of 2026. Its first registered cancer trial as sponsor, NCT07797907, was posted on ClinicalTrials.gov in September 2026.
