Anticancer Bioscience develops tablet medicines meant to kill cancer cells that depend on the MYC gene, chosen with a test for MYC; its first drug has just entered an early trial.
Chengdu Anticancer Bioscience, Ltd. states that it translates MYC synthetic lethality into biomarker-driven cancer therapies, and lists locations in Chengdu, St Andrews (UK), San Francisco, Sydney and Hyderabad. JMBI-001 tablets are in a phase 1/2 study in adults with MYC-positive advanced cancers, including solid tumours and non-Hodgkin lymphoma (NCT07864701). Its first registered cancer trial, NCT07864701, was posted on ClinicalTrials.gov in October 2026.
