Adcytherix is a French company developing antibody-drug conjugates with new kinds of cell-killing drug, aimed at cancers that have stopped responding to existing conjugates. Its first medicine was being prepared for human trials in late 2025.
Adcytherix, based in Marseille, develops antibody-drug conjugates built around novel payloads, intended for patients whose cancers are resistant to the current classes of ADC. Its lead candidate, ADCX-020, was being readied for clinical trial applications when the company announced a EUR 105 million (USD 122 million) Series A on 16 October 2025, led by Bpifrance and co-led by Kurma Partners, Andera Partners and Angelini Ventures, with Surveyor Capital and aMoon joining existing shareholders Pontifax, DawnBiopharma, Pureos Bioventures and RA Capital. The target of ADCX-020 and the cancers it will be tested in had not been disclosed.
