OnCo links it to prostate cancer and renal cell carcinoma, to PSMA as a target, to CAIX PET and PET tracer manufacturing, and to the idea of CAIX theranostics pairing girentuximab imaging with lutetium or actinium therapy. Whether an antibody-based PSMA therapy can compete with small-molecule ligands is the open question.
