OnCo links it to pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma, glioma, neuroendocrine tumours and epithelioid sarcoma, and to the cabozantinib, irinotecan, tazemetostat and tovorafenib records. Whether NALIRIFOX becomes the default first-line regimen on value as well as efficacy is the open question.
