## Summary

Stipple Bio, founded in 2022 by Aaron Ring of Fred Hutchinson Cancer Center and Aashish Manglik of UCSF, uses its Pointillist platform to find tumour-specific cell surface epitopes and design binders that recognise them, with the aim of avoiding on-target, off-tumour toxicity. Its lead candidate STP-100 is an antibody-drug conjugate incorporating tumour-specific binders, expected to enter clinical studies in early 2027; its target is undisclosed. The company emerged from stealth on 6 April 2026 with an oversubscribed USD 100 million Series A co-led by RA Capital, a16z Bio+Health and Nextech Invest, with existing investors including Emerson Collective, GV, LoLa Capital Partners and GordonMD Global Investments. In June 2026 it took a multi-target licence from Lonza for ADC technology. Jeff Landau is chief executive.
