## Summary

iCAD, based in Nashua, New Hampshire, and founded in 1984, is a long-standing mammography computer-aided detection company whose ProFound AI was the first AI cleared for three-dimensional mammography, and RadNet completed its acquisition through its DeepHealth subsidiary on 17 July 2025. It moved from classical CAD to deep learning with ProFound AI, cleared by the FDA in 2018 for tomosynthesis, added breast density and risk products, and now sits alongside DeepHealth and Kheiron in RadNet's portfolio. OnCo links it to breast cancer, AI in radiology and mammography and tomosynthesis, and to the ProFound AI product record. Whether consolidation of breast AI under one imaging provider speeds adoption or narrows choice is the open question. ProFound AI has its own page.

- Checked 29 October 2026 against RadNet's closing release filed by iCAD with the SEC (17 July 2025). Trade press put the deal at about 103 million dollars; that figure is not in the release and is not recorded. RadNet has no separate record in OnCo, so acquiredBy is left empty. icadmed.com still serves.
